Richard W Spears Architect, Inc. was established in 2000 as a sole proprietorship and converted to a corporation in 2007.  The firm is located in Peachtree City, Georgia and is responsible for providing outstanding architectural services to clients of various building types.  The firm is a general architectural services company but does claim expertise in spaces where people reside; e.g. residences, multi-family housing, and hospitality.  Licensed to practice architecture since 2000, Richard Spears approaches each project with the care and determination to provide not only a quality product but a rewarding interaction between Owner, Architect, and Contractor.  Our staff tailors each project to meet every client's individual needs by listening and interpreting their goals into the built environment.
